Poly-Beek India Private Limited set up as an EOU Unit in in 2002, started as Indo-German Joint Venture Company, With the foreign partners providing the technology and machinery. The production gained wide spread acceptance among its customers and the Company achieved Net Foreign Exchange Earner Status in 2006.
In the year 2008 the foreign partners entire stake was absorbed by the Indian Partners and today Poly-Beek India Private Limited is a 100% Indian entity. We are involved in the following business areas:

TECHNICAL DATA:
The Tank shell made from Zincalume metal sheets, that last upto 4 times longer than galvanized steel & has a Substantially superior corrosion resistant property. The coating contains both Zinc & Aluminium which provides sacrificial and barrier protection to steel. Zincalume coating has a composition of 55% of Zinc (Zn) , 42.5% Aluminium (Al) & 2.5% Silicon (Si), where Si is metal bonding agent. Zinc coating of minimum 150 gram per square meter on both surfaces. Zn-Al provides up to four times longer life. Storage Tanks for liquids are installed with a reinforced Multi-layer, food grade PVC/PE Liner which has anti fungal & heat resistant properties. Zincalume steel has properties of Anti-Rust, Easy Cleanability, Weather Proof and Heat Resistant.

A zinc/aluminium alloy is coated onto the steel base. This will ensure maximum anti-corrosion performance. A conversion layer is chemically applied to enhance coating adhesion. An epoxy primer is baked onto the steel surface. The finish layer is applied and baked on to ensure maximum durability and corrosion performance.

Flexible Drop in Mebrane Liners: Polybeek offers IS-15909: 2009 approved flexible membrane liner systems for tank, clear wells, water vaults, chlorine, aluminium sulfate and waste water tanks. Liner systems are fabricated in our factory using thermowelding and other techniques. This process lets all seams have the same flexibility and strength as the sheet of material itself.

Polybeek internal Liners are mechanically held and become the primary containment with the tank becoming the secondary containment. If required Leak detection monitors can also be installed at the base of the tank.
Leak detection monitors are valves installed into the tank wall just above the floor that can be opened on a scheduled basis to monitor the liner integrity.
Drop-in liners provide a quick, cost effective solution for leaking steel and concrete tanks that are used for containment of anodizing, chrome plating, galvanizing and other metal cleaning and treatment solutions.
Structurally supported by tank walls, flexible non-metallic, heavy duty Polybeek liner are proven remedy for leaking tanks and secondary containment areas.
These liners can also be used for protection of structure of the tank(Underground & Overhead both) from corrosive material or as a refurbishment of a tank where leakage is an issue.

Pit, Pond, and Lagoon Liners: Polybeek has reasonable of experience in design and fabrication of Primary and Secondary Containment Liners. We have a range of thickness of flexible membrane liners for most applications, including our Aqua Life compatible material that is ideal for ornamental ponds and commercial fish farms.

Polybeek Pit, Pond and Lagoon Liners are pre-fabricated into a flat sheet of material that is then folded and rolled into a bundle for shipment. We have the ability to fabricate a single panel up to 50' x 40', with a shipping weight of up to 600 lbs.

Concrete Protection Liners (for protection against water/ chemicals): Concrete Protection Liners are pre-fabricated in our factory into one piece units or sections of units to be installed on location using field seaming techniques.
Our floor covering are attached mechanically around the perimeter using batten strips and anchors. This procedure prevents 75% of normal preparation time need for applied coatings and has no harmful chemicals; unlike applied coatings our mechanically held floor coverings are independent of the surface. This means that cracking or movement will not breach the integrity of the flexible liner.
PVC can handle an elongation of 300% & Conforms to sub grade very well.

PVC LINER
The Liner is available if food grade PVC. Due to the high tensile strength of the lining material, tanks can be supplied in various heights. Also the ultra modem welding techniques used, a watertight weld is guaranteed and are all packed separately in boxes. Production control and material checks a continuous process within the company, and based on this our production are long term guaranteed, if installed correctly.

Potable water tank liners are 0.55 & 0.75 min thick PVC material made especially for harsh climate conditions. It is tougher than any other PVC on the market: it will still stretch but is not prone to shrinking as all soft compounds ones are; it is harder to puncture; and it can be repaired under water. The PVC weld is the strongest part of our water tank liner, unlike woven materials and HDPE/LDPE.
As a standard all liners are multiple layer,dproviding unsurpassed water proofing.
Why should you chose PVC?
Firstly PVC is 1.8 timesthe strength of HDPE/LDPE, therefore our 0.55 isthe equivalent to 1.0 mm material; our .8 is equal to 1.5 mm but as our material is flexible, it conforms to any shape or contour; there are no folds or creases to catch on equipment.
PVC takes higher and lower temperatures than HDPE/LDPE and PVC is the only material that truly welds together.
We also supply lines to seal older tanks, most commonly concrete or fibreglass tanks that have leakages. Another larger part of our liner work is replacing liners for older corrugated water tanks where there liner has torn away from the top of the tank of the corrugated tank, due to seasons of continue stress. The liner material that we supply has a 250% stretch factor and memory which allows our liner to fit the tank perfectly, then return to it original position, when the tank is empty. The PVC liner eliminates a common stress factor that is usually associated with non flexible liner materials

JO-Millar Corrugated Commercial Tanks are available in a variety of standard sizes or can be custom designed to meet specific customer or project requirements.
The standard ranges of commercial tanks are available upto 9.68 mtr height. All the Polybeek Water Tanks are designed and manufactured to AWWA (American Waterworks Association) Standards D103, which in turn makes the range suitable for fire fighting applications. Each design can be underwritten on request, at additional cost certified engineering drawings.
